Auto Dealers Participate in Coat Program
The program was developed to help the thousands of less fortunate children that are living in the Greater Philadelphia area without daily essentials like a warm winter coat.
‘When we first learned about Operation Warm and what it was doing in Pennsylvania, we knew we wanted to get involved immediately,’ said Kevin Mazzucola, executive director of the Foundation and Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia. ‘Therefore, we donated 10,000 coats on behalf of the entire Foundation earlier this year and then created a sub-program.’
The participating dealers will donate an additional new winter coat to an underprivileged child when a vehicle is sold at their dealership in October.
Participating auto dealers in Chester County include: All Star Nissan, Anthony’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Chevrolet of Kennett Square, Courtesy Chrysler Jeep, Exton Nissan, Jaguar Land Rover West Chester, John Kennedy Ford-Phoenixville, Kelly Chevrolet, Keystone Motors-Berwyn, Lexus of Chester Springs, Mercedes-Benz of Devon, Otto’s BMW of Exton, Otto’s BMW of West Chester, Rafferty Subaru, Roberts Automall, Ruggeri’s General Sales, Saturn of West Chester, Scott Honda, Sloan Ford, Stillman Volvo, Thomas Chevrolet of West Chester and Tom Oates Chevrolet.
Every year Operation Warm expands the areas in which it serves children and it also expands its donors and supporters as well.
